SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

The preparation of the substrate depends on the intended technology for the subfloor or floor: - directly on old concrete: the substrate should be free from elements that could weaken the bonding of the floor with the old substrate (dust, old paint, oil, grease, bituminous substances, mucky top layer of old concrete) should be removed and protected with the deep-penetrating primer DUBLET REMO DEEP, the substrate should be gently moistened with clean mains water before pouring the floor. -to substrate with insulation (felt, PE and PVC foil): the membrane should be laid tightly, turned up on the walls above the expected height of the floor to be made. -floor in floating system: insulation boards should be laid alternately without the effect of keyboarding, all possible installations placed in the insulation should be secured (lagging, pestle). The foil on the insulation should be laid tightly, turned up on the walls above the expected height of the executed floor. -floor in a system with underfloor heating: The screen foil under the heating should be laid tightly, turned up on the walls above the anticipated height of the floor to be made. The underfloor heating installation should be laid according to the art of installation and checked for leaks. During flooring work, the installation should be flooded with water.
