- consistency can be adjusted by adding powder or water

- can be applied by hand and by machine
- very good adhesion to substrates
- can be applied in layers with a single layer thickness of up to 5 mm
- the colour after drying is similar to that of gypsum plaster
- easy sanding of the dried surface
- produces very smooth surfaces on walls and ceilings, ideal for painting or other decorative works
- ideal as a substrate for polymer thin layer plasters
