Made from chrome vanadium steel (CR-V), the chrome used guarantees the steel's resistance to corrosion, oxidation, abrasion and high strength at high temperatures, while the addition of vanadium also contributes to its heat resistance and non-deformability. The laser-engraved measure guarantees legibility without fear of scale fading. Handle coated with oil and grease resistant plastic.
