The TZ model is a completely new concept in the field of ceramic tile cutters with never-before-seen breaker power and completely new design solutions. The combination of the latest generation of materials and innovative design makes the TZ model the most advanced hand cutting machine available on the market. With a maximum breaker power of up to 1,500 kg and an exclusive and patented breaker mechanism, the contractor is able to work single-handedly, making it easy to break large-format tiles. Thanks to the patented design of the new head with cutting knife holder, the TZ cutters provide perfectly smooth and accurate cutting, while increasing the power of the breaker. The geometry of the guideways made of drawn aluminium ensures optimum carriage performance and enables a reduction in the power required during notching. Together with the new guideways, the steel frame on the TZ cutter with increased resistance to deflection enables the insert to be broken with a level of power previously unseen on other manual cutters

The TZ manual cutting machines have been designed primarily for breaking large-format tiles.
The large cutting capacity and maximum contact pressure of 1,500 kg make it possible to break tiles with a thickness of up to 21 mm*; it is possible to adjust the working position and the machine performance depending on the thickness of the material.
Pivoting gauge with removable extensions and locking mechanism ensures precise cuts and facilitates making cuts at a specific angle
The patented side gauge with a length of 30 cm provides a large support surface when making serial cuts.
The TZ hand cutting machines work with the full range of RubiPLUS cutting blades (8-22 mm)
The cutter comes with 8 mm and 22 mm EXTREME cutting blades as standard.

* There are ceramic materials on the market with a thickness of more than 15 mm which, due to their physical properties, possible internal or surface stresses, are difficult to break on a manual cutter. Test cuts are recommended to determine the cutting capability of the material in question.
