SLIM G1 guide bars, available with clamps (ref. 51979), are indispensable for the operation of the TC-125 saw.
The G1 guide system is only compatible with G1 coded machines.
With these guides, a very precise and smooth cut can be achieved. The carbon steel base has steel bearings with a very simple adjustment system.
The TC-125 saw has a double dust extraction and reduction system during cutting. Dry, thanks to the possibility of connecting a hoover, or wet.
The hoover inlet is 32 mm, but an adapter for other diameters is included.
Water intake is via a 16 mm quick connector. During wet cutting, the hoover inlet is covered by a rubber cap, which serves as an additional handle.
The TC-125 saw head is tilted to a 45º angle and is height adjustable. This makes the bevelling very precise (note that the thickness of the cut depends on the diameter of the blade). To facilitate bevelling the saw is equipped with an additional handle to improve ergonomics and visibility of the cutting line. The saw can be used with discs of 115 and 125 mm diameter.
The switch on the TC-125 saw has a safety interlock to prevent unintentional start-up, and a PRCD-protected cable to protect the equipment from surges.
The saw features a blade guard with easy-open cover for easy blade changes and to minimise material and water splatter. An adjustable side guard improves the effectiveness of dust reduction systems.
